The members of the Youth Group are available for hire for unskilled labour/clean-up jobs. They come in teams of two. Available on Saturday or Sunday (afternoon). Paid by donation which goes to the Canada Youth 2016 Fund.

Camps

Camp Kannawin Brochures are available in the entrance way. Kids find your camp. Women check out your camp. 55+ check out your camp.

May is the month when we have the opportunity to give to our campership fund so that all our children and youth can go to camp. Please use the blue envelopes for your gifts, with name or envelop number.

Camp Day – Sunday May 24 @ 1 pm

As always PWS&D is already responding to the needs of the people of Nepal following the earthquake. Please give immediately, as our Government will match all eligible donations till May 25th. Use the blue pew envelopes.

Camp Kannawin

The Alberta Presbyterian Cursillo weekend will take place at Camp Kannawin May 21- 24 inclusive. The weekend is open to any adult Christian who is looking for a learning and growth experience in the Christian Life.

Instead of allowing your own or others’ fears to motivate you, you’ll be encouraged to forsake an “ethic of safety” for an “ethic of risk.” This new way of living manifests itself in hospitality, peacemaking, and generosity.
